Parent and Player Expectations

It is our MAIN goal at DoCo Lacrosse to make your kids better lacrosse players and people. We expect our players to attend every practice and use the knowledge gained, during their training, to become better players on the field. We are working to create a successful environment for your kids, which is not always measured in wins and losses.

As parents you can help us maintain this environment by helping make sure your kids are attending all training sessions possible, and encouraging our teams with POSITIVE reinforcement, during games. There is no place for negative comments towards either team, refs, or coaches during games. We also ask that you do not try to “coach” the team from the sideline. Our coaches’ only goal is to help the players and team compete at the highest level possible, which is why we ask that you trust what they are doing.

We thank you for all your support!
